Therapy for Black Girls

May 27, 2020

The Therapy for Black Girls Podcast is a weekly conversation with Dr. Joy Harden Bradford, a Licensed Psychologist in Atlanta, Georgia, about all things mental health, personal development, and all the small decisions we can make to become the best possible version of ourselves.

In the last podcast episode of 2019, I shared 20 questions designed to help you set the tone for this year. Undoubtedly this year looks very different than we all imagined so it felt appropriate as we head into the halfway mark of this year to encourage you to spend some time with a second set of questions. And because I know many of you love a good handout with all of the questions in one place, I’ve made one for you that you can find at therapyforblackgirls.com/20morequestions

Did you miss the first set of questions? Catch up on that episode here
